The journal focusing on theories, methods, and applications in cell proliferation and neoplasm formation. It promotes analyzing contemporary communication issues in new light and research.

Oncogenomics is a sub-field of genomics that characterizes cancer-associated genes. It focuses on genomic, epigenomic, and transcript alterations in cancer.

There have been significant advances in cell proliferation and neoplasm formation over recent years and the pace of innovation/development shows no sign of slowing. However, the practice of novel approaches in this field is often sub-optimal. Because of the lack of wide visibility and exposure.
