S. P. Wan received the PH. D. degree in control theory and control engineer from Nankai University, Tianjin, China, in 2005. He is currently a professor at the College of Information Technology, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, China. He has contributed more than 200 journal articles to professional journals, such as European Journal of Operation Research, Omega, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Information Sciences, Knowledge-Based Systems, Applied Mathematical Modelling, Applied Soft Computing, Journal of Computer and System Sciences, Expert Systems with Applications, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Journal of Computer and System Sciences, Fuzzy Optimization and Decision Making, International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems, International Journal of Uncertainty, Fuzziness and Knowledge-Based Systems, Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems, International Journal of Information Technology & Decision Making, Journal of the Operational Research, Iranian Journal of Fuzzy Systems, Scientia Iranica, Neural Computing and Applications.
