Xuebo Cao received his Bachelor’s degree from Chongqing University (1998) and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Science and Technology of China (2004). After that, he joined Soochow University and became a full professor in 2010. In 2010, he was invited to be the editor of the Journal of Nanomaterials and the editorial board member of the Global Journal of Physical Chemistry. From 2010 to 2011, he worked as a research fellow at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Since 2013, he leads the group of Advanced Materials for energy and environment at Jiaxing University. He has published more than 60 journal papers, with an h-index of 31. His research interest is the development of novel titanium and carbon-based materials for energy and environmental application, including fuel cells, supercapacitors, and photoelectrochemical catalysis
