Guodong Zhang received his Ph.D. degree in School of Automation fromtheHuazhong University of Science and Technology in 2014. He is an AssociateProfessor and the supervisor in the School of Mathematics and Statistics, South-Central Minzu University, Wuhan, China. He has published over 50 international journal papers, he received the 2012Outstanding Master’s Degree Thesis Award of Hubei Province, 2015 OutstandingPhD Dissertation Award of Hubei Province and 2016 Chinese Associationof Automation Outstanding PhD Dissertation Award. Dr. Zhang is also a Reviewer of several journals, such as the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON SYSTEMS, MANANDCYBERNETICS; the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON CYBERNETICS; the IEEETRANSACTIONS ON NEURAL NETWORKS AND LEARNINGSYSTEMS; Nonlinearity; Neural Networks; and Information Sciences and Nonlinear Dynamics. His current research interests include Discontinuous nonlinear systems, Memristive systems and Intelligent control.
