Dr. George Yuan is a d istinguished P rofessor in the Business School, Sun Yat Sen University, Guangxi University and Soo c how University Suzhou China with focus in the area of FinTech and financial engineering , AI , and Bigdata and A p p lications. He is the Chief editor of “ International Financial Engineering ”, the editor of Chinese Jou rnal of Econom etrics ””, and, hold ing a number of editorial board members for academic journal s He is currently also the deputy direct or of Chinese Systems Engineering Society in Financial System Committee , plus the as the guest professor for a number of universities and academic institutes.
Dr. George Yuan is the CRO of the World leading big data Financial Services Company BBD , Business Big Data Inc., located in Chengdu, China).
Dr. Yuan currently focus es on the company's support for financial industry in the framework of
the big data solutions, especially in the capital market, the establishment of the bond pricing system,
and support small, medium and large loan financing solutions. He is a leader for BBD’s number of projects on Fint ech, AI, IoTs and so on to promote the theory and practice in financial risk management aspects of the Chinese combination made great contribution and cooperation.
George has a bachelor's degree , Master degree and PHD in mathematics from Sichuan University (Chengdu , China), University of Toronto (Toronto, and Dalhousie University (Halifax, Canada).
Dr Yuan has more than 25 years of working experience in academic and financial industry environments domestic and abroad (USA, Canada, and Australia). At present , his ( research work is carried out in the field of financial engineering and financial mathematics , and applied in the field s of industry and nonlinear functional analysis and related applications.
