I have completed my MD in Microbiology from the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences located in the serene Gangtok. My thesis project was on the Bacteriology and Risk factors associated with Hospital acquired septicemia in a tertiary care center in North East India. Following my masters I worked as a Registrar in the KMC hospital Mangaluru for a period of 8 months. I joined as a Senior resident at AIIMS Rishikesh where I worked for 3 years and published around 30 Pubmed indexed papers.
