Graduated in Food Engineering (Federal University of Campina Grande - UFCG/Brazil/2013), and a master’s degree in Food Engineering (Federal University of Santa Catarina - UFSC/Brazil/2015). Doctor in Food Engineering in the UFSC/Brazil/2019 with a sandwich period at the University of Burgos - UBU, Spain, focusing on Biotechnological Processes and Applied Microbial Kinetics.
